The Mormon Philosophy

Preview of Unit IV

While a study of the Mormon story gives a deep insight into the beliefs of the Mormon people, and vividly illustrates the effects of these beliefs upon the lives of the men and women, a finer appreciation of the restored Church and its message to mankind can be obtained only from a study of the deep underlying philosophy and beliefs of the Latter-day Saints. In this unit we shall discuss some of the fundamentals of Mormon philosophy and come to realize in some degree the contributions the Church offers to the religious knowledge of the world.
