The High Council of Zion assembled according to adjournmt Simeon Carter (1) Jared Carter (2) Solomon Hancock (6) John Badger (7) John Murdock (8) George W. Harris (10) David Dort (11) and Samuel Bent (12)

The Council was opened by prayer by Simeon Carter

The Council adjourned untill two weeks from today at 10 o'clock P. M.
