Working with Bernie Fisher on this book has been a particularly rewarding experience. I was a bit intimidated, at first, to work with an authentic American hero. What one finds in Bernie, however, is a person who is at once extremely humble and self-deprecating while confident and assured about his status. He always finds reasons to compliment other people and sincerely enjoys their accomplishments.
